Itinerary for a Property Tour of the island if Isla Mujeres, Mexico.
The property tour presents a variety of quality opportunities in Real Estate along the turquoise blue waters of the Caribbean Sea and Bay of Mujeres over a 3-day period. You will be guided by one of our local resident sales or concierge representatives, exploring and understanding the current market conditions of Isla Mujeres and all it has to offer. You will become acquainted with all areas of the island whether Punta Sur, Sac Bajo, Centro or La Gloria just to name a few. We will introduce you to luxury homes, condos, villas and commercial investment opportunities.
ARRIVAL DAY-
Upon your arrival to Cancun international airport you will go through immigration, baggage pickup and customs. You can choose to stay in Cancun prior to your tour in Isla Mujeres or to come straight to the island on your arrival (recommended). Please note that meals and snacks are not covered for this first evening and are the responsibility of our tour participants. One of our representatives will be waiting at the airport for you to take you to the ferry and then onto your hotel.
We will start off the day with a Mexican breakfast. Following breakfast our representative will fill you in about real estate law, bank trust processes, the closing process and how buying and selling as a foreigner is conducted and answer any questions you may have. We will begin our tour to the South end of the island with narration and information along the way. For lunch a traditional fish barbeque will be served at one of our favorite beach clubs. (Other food items will be available). After lunch we will continue around the island and you will be dropped at your hotel for an afternoon on the beach, an evening relaxing and getting to know the night life of Isla.
After breakfast we will visit a number of our developments and real estate opportunities. During this time we would like our tour participants to communicate their specific interests, questions and comments. You will be back to your hotel by 1pm for siesta or shopping and then we will meet again at 4:30 for a sunset cruise on Induna Charters Catamaran. We will tour the island on the 68 ft Induna, while sipping your favorite beverage and enjoying the sunset. This is a great opportunity to see Isla from the ocean and take in the views of our lovely coastal seascape. We will return around 7:30 and then it’s off to a nice dinner at one of the local restaurants of your choice.
Depending on the desires of the group we will start the day on the water. A few options are sport fishing*, snorkeling, scuba diving, whale shark tours* or swimming with dolphins or just relaxing beach time. At this point we can continue discussing your options for purchase on the island otherwise you are free to do as you please. At this point you may choose to stay here on Isla with us, go to Cancun, continue traveling or arrange to fly directly home.
Note and Disclosures
Be aware that on this tour you will encounter cultural and geographical differences such as ethnic foods and changes in altitude. Be aware a few of our days can be physical and may require climbing stairs and extensive walking. Participants have the responsibility to select a tour appropriate to their abilities and interests. Participants are held responsible for being in sufficiently good health to undertake the tour. The tour will cover accommodation costs for day 1-3 and breakfast and lunch each day. The participants are responsible for their airfare to Mexico and dinners.
